  • Eight hour on-site response time

 


Medium Business Contract

Aimed at companies up to 25 users

This level of IT support provides:

  • Monthly Site visits
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
  • Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
  • One free emergency call-out for each month
  • Eight hour on-site response time
